Replaces the default m16 firing sound by the m4 police.

Try a reload game / run snd_rebuildaudiocache if a problem appears somehow.

@Dude Pivot, the problem is , i extract the guns' sounds from a youtube video where the guy shoot all the beta weapons, there is reload for each one , but its nor everytime clear to extract with the sound of snow ..etc in bacground.

But ill try to make it soon :) keep updated.
