Description
The Kushan Assault frigate is a 60K resource replica that is fairly combat effective
X16 6 block medium range Radar seeker missiles
X6 5 block Short range Missiles
X1 500mm slow firing HE cannon
X2 180mm 60rpm flak/frag cannons
X2 medium power 650 meter range Anti missile laser
Hybrid distributed power plant
Heavy repair and surge protect
Dual AI
Command centre, beds, and very cool walkable interior.
limited evasive moves, terrain avoidance
full sensor suite but no sonar.
cruises at 70 -120 meters (not space capable)
The cannons were a lot of fun to build as they have no barrells (kinda) very effective considering this. Main gun is not so accurate though (0.5 MOA)
NO SHIELDS but it takes a lot of punishment before falling out sky.
side turrets are slightly futher back than original to avoid turret chain pop, and javelin missiles added to make it usefull in campaign.
REMEMBER and launch 10 meters above the sea as it has no ion thrusters

This thing is a little to powerfull to be balanced with my other homewolrd builds (16 missiles), although the Taiidan frigate should give it a run for its money, for campaign extend gun barrels to 10 meters and kill everything
