park in a sphere (use improved park in a bubble)

Description
i re-did the park in a bubble on my new server and fixed all of the things that got broken since the last 2 years i build the first one including removing all the scaffolding in the middle.

It's called improved park in a bubble and the cornerstone goes in the exact same location as this one so if you already started you can continue using this one.

You know, you still have a bunch of builds in The Valley. I'd love a BP of that deathstar!
