Description
All your spells are as stronger as you. Spells magnitudes increase dymamicly with your skills and never raise unbalanced strongest values. It does not affect spells from Dawnguard and other mods.

Dynamic Spells is now on Nexus[skyrim.nexusmods.com].

=== DETAILS ===

It only affects the existing spells and do not to spells from other mods.
All modifications are set like this :
NewValue = OldValue * ( 1 + MagicSkillLevel / 100 )
In way to balance the high level spell magnitudes, this rule is respect :
Apprentice spells are like vanilla at level 25, Adept spells at level 50, and Expert spells at level 75.
All the master spells are still like vanilla.
The spell durations are from normal value (usualy 60 sec for all spells, and120 sec for bound weapons) to the double at the maximum skill level (120 sec and 240 sec). Their is an alteration and a conjuration perk which respectively increase the flesh spells and summons durations, they work with the spell modifications.

Alteration Modifications :
Flesh spells magnitude and durations
Lights durations
(Paralyze still like vanilla)

Conjuration Modifications :
Bound Weapon damages and durations
Reanimate magnitudes and durations
Conjuration durations
Soul Trap duration

Destruction Modifications :
All spell damages

Illusion Modifications :
Mind control magnitudes (not duration.)
(Invisibility, Clairvoyance and muffle still like vanilla)

Restoration Modifications :
Healing magnitudes
Ward magnitudes
Repel Undead magnitudes
Turn Undead magnitudes

=== REQUIREMENT ===
Nothing

=== COMPATIBILITY ===
Does not change any game object, so it is compatible with all other mods.
Just be care to do not have an other mod which do a similar changement.

=== KNOWN ERROR ===
For the spells Fire Cloak, Lightning Cloak and Frost Cloak, the text do not display the good magnitude value but allways 8. The right values are from 7(at level 10) to 13 (at level 100.)
It's due to an error in the vanilla spell text description, the next update will reright this text.

Don't know if author is still active but may i suggest a way to balance the equation, currently it buffs all spells, if the value of 1 is changed to .85, it will alter spells to scale 1:1 at level 15 for each skill, which is the base level for skills in Skyrim, wonderful feature that should've somehow been adapted originally, great mod.

The mod is make for having your week spells stronger at high mastery level, and still balancing them with the original strong ones, so yes at about level 10 in destruction master an novice spells will do aproximatively the same damages. But there is no reason you've learned a master spell wile you are still a novice in a normal game.

This is interesting because some novice spells do not have equivalent master version. For instance in Restoration and Destruction the first novice spells are unique, but they become more and more obsolete while your enemies go stronger or your character life becomes high. For the Alteration spells you allready have stronger armor spells with levels, but this is not true for all the magic schools, and this mod makes it true.

I hope I have help you, and have fun :)

so if i use a master spell flamethrower at about level 10, will this do the same damage as a novice skill flamethrower?

Yeah because anime is famous for its gay audience(!?). A comment that's desperately screaming for masculine recognition. Pathetic...

This mod is very good. Please make this mod for the special version of Skyrim as well.

you should make a magic mod based off of this http://fairytail.wikia.com/wiki/Heavenly_Body_Magic

If there could be a Dawnguard edition that would be extremely helpful, but I don't know about Dragonborn.... haven't got that yet. Great mod! I've been using this for a long time!

I've done some tests and I do not have your dual casting spell problems. I think you have this probleme because of a mod incompatibility.
This problem have been encountered in the first Skyrim versions, but it's been a long time when it was fixed.
