Automatic Tranq Needler

SharpTEK's last tranquilizer rifle has arrived. This time we bring a weapon that actually fits in your hands and has a great rate of fire that turns a dodo into a porcupine within seconds. Featuring cheap ammunition and a red dot sight, you'll be able to accurately fire stupendous amounts of tranquilizing needles into your targets. A good thing because these ones don't get your target as woozy as the previous rifles did. If you want more wooz though, we got you covered. You can customize this rifle to your liking with the ini settings so go ahead, make it your own! We won't judge.



The Automatic Tranq Needler is overall a better version of the Automatic Tranq Rifle. This mod features a model that properly fits the character, custom cheap ammunition, magazine capacity of 60, improved sights and damage/torpor customization through ini. It can also be fired underwater which can also be turned on or off in the ini.

The rifle and ammo can be unlocked at level 70 and must be crafted in the fabricator. The crafting costs can be seen in the screenshots above.

The following lines need to be added to change settings (if they are not present, default values will be used):

TorporPreset=0

NeedleDamage (Integer): sets the amount of damage to the target. The amount of torpor applied is TorporPreset corresponding value * NeedleDamage
PreventFireUnderwater (Boolean): setting the value to True will prevent firing the weapon underwater.
TorporPreset (Integer between 0 and 6): sets the torpor multiplier used with the damage amount. For example, setting this to 3 and NeedleDamage to 20 give 2000 torpor per shot.
Values that can be used for TorporPreset (any other value defaults to 10x):
0 - 10x
1 - 20x
2 - 50x
3 - 100x
4 - 1000x
5 - 10000x
6 - 100000x
