Big Van Vader

Era - 1990s - NJPW / WCW / WWF

Big Van Vader made a terrifying debut in New Japan, demolishing Antonio Inoki and then winning the IWGP. He also destroyed the competition, winning the WCW World Heavyweight Championship. While the second half of the 90s didn't go as well for Vader, including a less than spectacular WWF run, and a better AJPW one, he was an almost unstoppable force at his best.

Vader's style is a mix of heavy handed striking, bone breaking power moves and suplexes, and a surprising degree of agility based moves. Vader's mix of power and athleticism could be said to have laid out a template for the likes of Brock Lesnar.
