Description
"The Flower of the Mad Gear!" Complete moveset, parameters (140pts), and CPU Logic. Three costumes. Likes "muscle training" and shopping. Makes a great tag partner for Poison! Link to Poison below!

(To stand out from Poison, I've given Roxy a unique moveset that's still acrobatic, but more focused on power and brawling than wrestling. There's not a lot of source material to draw from for her, though.)
