There is a hidden weapon along with AMMO.
I do not suggest spawning things or fly cheating but it's your choice. The base is a garage full of crap, along with a car, just look around the huge mountain of buildings I'm sure you'll find it. XD

Aaaah. Well I'm not sure how to help to there. Just go through the ammo types. It's not to hard.

Ehh, probably around your base. If you really want to you can place them lower. But do remember some the areas are blocked off. I hope this helps you.
