Few wrestlers can say they have had a career as varied and interesting as Minoru Suzuki. Going from being an Olympic substitute for Japan in freestyle wrestling, to a founding father of proto-MMA organization Pancrase, to working long, significant runs in almost every major Japanese pro wrestling organization, Suzuki is a marvel.

His brash heel ways paired with his dangerous submission skills have kept him strong even into his late forties, as he continues to win titles and run his Suzuki-gun stable in New Japan.
