Description
Adds a few super OP starts in various locations, to more easily test mods.
All starts have one guy with masterwork grade armor, edgewalker weapons, some basic supplies and 1 million cats.

When you consider it takes about 250,000 cats to fully equip a character with top of the line equipment this isn't THAT op...
