Backless and Bloody Plague Doctor Skin by moirgane with a bonus Bloody version with a mask made by 2chuu4u
moirgane's been MIA since 2016. I've been keeping it updated since because it is one of my favorite skins and I'd hate to see it die.

Still works and looks beautiful :)
My one single note is that it's missing an icon for the mod-list, so it appears as a white squire when choosing mods. It doesn't really matter in any significant way though.
