DFC Honor Bound (Modded)

Designed and built after one of the worst defeats the Corporate had ever had, the Honor Bound class was initially considered under armed, as its biggest weapon, a gravity based mass driver, was only effective in certain situations. However, it was quickly realized that this ship filled two important roles not previously acounted for by any other ship.

Firstly, the many laser weapons carried by the Honor Bound allowed it to effectivly counter incoming missiles without wasting amunition, allowing damage dealing projectile weapons on other ships to focus on fighters.

Secondly, the Honor Bound was equipped with resource processing gear, and two small mineing drones could be docked underneath.

A final feature that was never fully exploited during the war was a 'Cryo Mode'. The ship could drift through space with its crew in stasis, all propultion, refining, and habibility systems disabled, with only the point defence lasers keeping watch. In this mode the lasers would target anything and everything in an effort to keep the ship intact for when the crew re-awoke.

Notes: Should handle survival pretty well, if you can acumulate the resources to build it. additionally, if you land yourself a server with the mods installed, the ship has minimalistic lighting to reduce lag, which turns off with the rest of the non-essential systems when you're offline (Remember to put the ship in Cryo Mode first).
