For NYC EMT vehicles, they are all hospital or FDNY yes? From when I lived in New York (last year) they were mostly F350 based, which can share a common platform with some of the NYPD cars.
On the other hand, you can wait until I finish all these models by myself (might take until the end of the year, maybe indefinitely far into the future)
As for the NYPD, I really would like to have the rotary lights. However, the game restrictions means they will look quite ugly. That's why I haven't done them yet. The current price tag would hover around 50+ dollars if you want all the cars
It breaks down like this:
10 dollars for the 2017 Charger, 2017 Explorer, 2016 Taurus, 2013 Impala
15 dollars for the 2014 Prius III
15 dollars for the 2015 Volt and the 2012 ForTwo combined
10 dollars for the 2016 Terrastar Hostage Negotiation Team (modified off of the ambulance), the 2016 Velocity ESU, Ford Escape 2012, and the 2016 Chevrolet Express with a Toyota Camry undercover thrown in for free.
