Description
Adds a new event for Non Targ Valyrians. if they are East or West, when they get a dynasty prestige of 35k+ they'll get an event that will allow their dynasty to ascend to High Valyrian Status and again for High Valyrians to turn on or off divine blood. Also has a do not disturb option to turn of the event if you don't want it to pop up regulary.
