Spell: Cursed Flames

Description
This mod adds a completely new spell and weapon enchantment called Cursed Flames.(Previously known as Terrorize)
There is a unique weapon and spelltome hidden somewhere in Skyrim. If you don't want to be spoiled, be aware I'm giving some hints at the bottom of this description.

Casting the spells on an enemy lights them with a cursed blue flame. The cursed flame will jump to nearby enemies if they get too close. If the enemy dies before the flames go out, the cursed flame has a chance to detonate the corpse, resulting in a large explosion that lights everyone in range with cursed fires.

Dragons are immune to being destroyed by this spell because of their dragon scales. However, their scales will absorb and magnify cursed flames magic, then release it, doing AoE damage to everything around them. Using this spell on dragons will cause lots of damage on everything near them.

When your target dies and explodes, the player will take the blame for the damage done to nearby people. You can get large bounties using this against creatures or dragons near towns.

Swimming in water will put out fire. Works for the player and NPCs.

NEW FX: Custom special FX that do not interfere with vanilla spells.

The spelltome can be found in the Control Room of Nchuand-zel. It can also be bought from Faralda at the Mage's College.
The Enchanted weapon is one of a kind. It is hidden somewhere in BlackReach.(Search the Silent City, Debate Hall) If you find it, you can disenchant it to learn it.

Please report any bugs you find or balancing suggestions you have and I'll take care it as soon as possible.

This mod is part of my Mage Power Shift Collection. These are all intended to work together to create fresh and exciting spell casting gameplay compared to vanilla without becoming overpowered or stale.

Does anyone remember a mod that added different colorful flame spells that had special abilities? That mod should be recreated one day.

So, in the ~commands, it lists three different spells - while they all are nice, my favorite iteration is also the one that currently uses the lightest amount of magic - it chainfires the flames, and can spew a nearly endless stream, without actually doing much damage, only applying the effect. If that variant could be tweaked and put forth as the main variant, that would be nice. I always considered the generic fireball (charge and release) to be too slow for combat.

i love the spell, but it's pretty weak
you think you'll do more powerful versions or allow it to be boosted by mods that has enchantments that make destruction spell stronger in a near future?

An alternate version of this should be made for the green fel fire from warcraft.
