Description
This strange individual is a chinese bootleg made in 1992. he never really burt into popularity like GRAND DAD did, but the producers tried to convince people that this would be the next big thing, however, it was cancelled after it's 2nd season because of law issues. it is still trying to prove that him and his series were original, he's failing.
