Doctor De La Sangre

Description
Doctor De La Sangre, or "The Beast of Cedar Grove" is a former patient of the Overbrook Insane Asylum in Cedar Grove, New Jersey. He remained there until the asylum was closed down due to lack of funding. When the asylum was shut down, he was one of the few who remained. A twisted, violent man, Sangre is a brutal brawler, with almost no finesse, and seemingly very little emotion.
