Description
Skills, Attributes, Moveset, and Logic taken from FPR. Two attires: Regular, Hakushi.

I tried to incorporate his modern bald attire but the layers don't line up quite right.

If you can think of a third or fourth attire please let me know.

Nice job. One correction: if you're using FPR as a template, I believe Movement Speed should be Medium Fast, Outside Return Count should be 35%, and Second Interference should be 0%
