The only thing I found was I used roads from network extensions 2 and not the mass transit expansion, I have since added that to the required list. Let me know if you are still having issues if that doesnt fix the issue and I will adjust or upload a vanilla version of the map and you can do what you want with it.

The map is also glitched when that message comes up, it just has flat terrain with nothing else

Wheneveer I try to load this map i get an error message saying: Object reference not set to an instance of an object
[System.NullReferenceException]
