Economy Bandaid - Vegetable Garden Patch

My go at an isolated economic "rework." This mod is a standalone patch from my original mod, Economy Bandaid, for almost all manufactured items of the Vegetable Garden Mod!

In conjuction with what was said in my original mod, the prices are jacked way up for some primary cash-crop-top-product items in VG, as well as a low-level increase of prices for most everything else in that mod.

The extent to which some of the cash-crop manufactured items are jacked up is intended.
Long story short, the prices are set insanely high relative to the base prices. And we dig that. Carry on.

**If you want both the vanilla and VG economy patches, use both this mod AND the original. Thanks.

Please let me know if you think I glossed over the price of an item that you would think should be looked into more, because I admit it, I did do alot of glossing :P
