Country-Dependent City and State Names

Description
A mod that doesn't do a whole lot, but still adds quite a big touch to flavor.
Using this mod, different states and cities will have their name changed based on who owns them. This is identical to the endonyms that Kaiserreich has. Usually the names change to a historical variant of the owner's language. Some places might even change their name based on what ideology the owner country has, such as Leningrad changing to St. Peterburg for democracy, or Petrograd for neutrality/fascism.

I will expand upon the selection of translations over time, though I cannot guarantee that this will happen regularly. The focus lies on european nations, though I will not completely ignore other parts of the world, should there be anything to translate.

This mod is NOT compatible with achievements.
This mod SHOULD NOT break saved games.

Any news on a potential update? Latvia needs Polish names, for example.

Could you please fix the non-aligned Ukraine having Soviet names like Stalino? Only communist Ukraine should have names like that.

Will you be doing Japanese names? I have quite a few suggestions in the discussions

Oh, and bring back the Polish names for the Latvian cities. Liepaja-Lipawa. It used to work but after one of the updates it stopped.

Hi, I am asking again to rename Oslo to Christiania if controlled by Sweden. Also, could you please add Romanian names for Hungarian and Yugoslav cities? The most popular Romanian focus is Balkans dominance and that often requires annexing Hungary.
