L4D2 Tank Sound Event Replacement

Description
Replaces the Tank Spawn with the Doom 2016 OST
As far as I'm aware, the way L4D2 workshop content such as this works is everyone is required to have it in order to play with it, unless playing SP in which case it should work fine. For Co-op they might be required to download this in order to play.
