Biff Slamkovich

My edited version of MacKenus Biff/ Alexei Zalazoff, all i did was to change some moves, parameters and add + 3 attires. all credit is due to him. The original can be found at his workshop.

Ahh Biff Slamkovich, the other soviet wrestler created by Capcom. His nickname is "The Rocking Ruskie" but he was born in Kiev and Kiev is located in Ukraine, how capcom managed to fumble like that is anyones guess.

I didn't know that updating the character through the workshop could overwrite the descripition, well, now i do. So here's some info that i hopefully won't overwrite next time he gets updated : He received nice stat buffs, upping his allocated total of points to 200, like the rest of the Muscle Bomber characters, he now has kicks, suplexes, and other nifty moves to use on his opponents, kind of fights like Gunloc but then you realize they're actually quite different. They work very well as partners and you can assign matching colors to both of them and then mistake one for another.

His other colors are Green and Purplei-sh pink. i was going to give him his 2P color scheme from Ring of Destruction, but a tanned blonde wearing yellow would make Hulkamania run over everything.

Has AI Logic, programmed by MacKenus because he's just cool like that.
