Metal Gear Rising Music Pack

Description
Music from Metal Gear Rising to make those engagements a bit more exciting. There are more tracks than shown in the preview. I went through almost the whole soundtrack.

Update: Sorry for how long this took to do. I have not been well the past week. I figured I'd update this before WotC comes out. Also sorry you have to download, like, the whole thing again. I tried fixing the volume problems, and added lead-ins for almost all of the tracks, so you get that more authentic experience.

All music owned by Platinum Games and Konami, and done by Jamie Christopherson

I did one for Payday 2 as well https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1110914143

I ended up doing this because I'd done a looooong XCOM2 commentary play with some friends and we've been doing a Metal Gear Rising one recently. I'm going to pimp that channel here; https://www.youtube.com/user/suicunedude

This is sort of a bug that I'm pretty sure others have encountered sometimes the music just doesn't play mainly the combat tracks I believe the reason why is because certain tracks are missing and you haven't ported all the tracks over it is very strange I don't have any other music mods on whenever I have this glitch happen just felt like pointing that out but I like it nonetheless

For some reason there's a silent track in this mod during combat. Other soundtrack mods don't have this problem. Is there a way to fix this?

Can confirm. This Music Pack works well in Legacy

Ok, I was just asking because the mod that this music mod requires became the WoTC version at some point, so they went back and made a legacy version, thus effectively making this mod "only" for WoTC I think? Can someone confirm it works on legacy XCOM 2?

I made it FOR legacy, actually. There's nothing to really update for WotC for music definitions as far as I can tell. It's whether or not the modding system accomodates. All this does is package music and define where to use it.

Yeah, looks like this is all for WoTC, however, if I wanted to play with LW2, I would have to play standard XCOM 2 since LW2 won't be updated for WoTC, this is the music menu mod for the base game: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1122831824 by chance would this mod you made work with the legacy version? Or does it have to be an entirely seperate workshop item?

It depends on whether or not MMM is updated, this is just some data it uses.

Oh, and this all still works with WoTC right? I have a lot of legacy mods, so I know a lot of older stuff seems to work still.

It is listed as a dependency for the Music Modding System (Even though I do know it's more of a light dependency, really) https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/workshop/filedetails/?id=667104300
