Description
Era - Mid to late 1800s

Farmer Burns was one of the true pioneers of professional wrestling. He was said to have wrestled in over six thousand matches, and only lost seven times in his career. He was known for his top notch conditioning and for having developed an advanced system of grappling, preferring a full nelson hold above all.

Burns may have been even more influential through his training, having trained Frank Gotch to the World Championship, running a gym and a stable of wrestlers under his instruction and also having issued a series of writings on the details of his style and conditoning.

As a side note, the early days of pro wrestling were tied closely to the carnival and its demonstrative spectacle. At many a carnival, Burns demonstrated his hard earned neck strength by allowing himself to be dropped in a hangman's noose, often while whistling or talking to the crowd. Talk about "don't try this at home!"

As with all my edits, full AI-Moveset-Parameters are set.

Attire:
1. Black shorts
2. Long black tights
3. White sleeveless shirt and black pants
4. Grey suit and bow tie

Awesome. Just not too happy with the wwf rude I have at the moment. Looking forward to it!
Is there a site where I can look up old edits with parameters, looks, etc? I'd even like to dabble in copying some of the old fp edits myself. This is my first fpw game:

Rick Rude will certainly be created at some point. I already have my FPR version ready to port over, and will be happy to do so sooner than later. Wouldn't be a complete collection without a Rude Awakening.

Love that you made this edit. I think a lot of creators get caught up in the current WWE edits, which is fine, but one of the main reasons I play FPW is to have these classics go at with the currents. Plus so many nostalgic memories from the late 80's - early 90's WWF. Keep up the great work. You are one of the best in the FPW community.

Quick question, you plan on doing a Rick Rude?

Fully agreed. So many basic old school moves that I'd love to see in the game. I'll make do with what we have, but there's so much more Spike could add.

Spike needs to get on the ball and add more classic holds.

I'm happy you're enjoying some of the true old school guys. I've got many others that I'll be getting around to in time.

Thank you! I've been waiting for some of these legends.
