My edited version of MacKenus El Stingray / Stinger, all i did was to change the moves, parameters and add + 3 attires. all credit is due to him. The original can be found at his workshop.

The masked luchador whose Capcom totally ignored when Street Fighter IV came around and got passed over for El Fuerte got some parameters changes, mainly buffs, MacKenus did such a nice job with his moveset that i had very little stuff to change, he's your typical flashy luchador with beautiful looking-flying moves and tricky ground throws.

two of his new attires are recolors that are fruit-themed, one being lemon and other being orange, the red recolor is based of his 2P palette from Ring of Destruction.

AI logic is included, programmed by MacKenus.
