My edited version of Gunloc / Lucky Colt, all i did was to change the moves, parameters and add + 3 attires. all credit is due to him. The original can be found at his workshop.

I've always loved the Ryu/Ken dynamic between Biff and Gunloc so i tried my best to make them alike but somehow different both in moves and stat distribution. "Dolph Lundgren" here (or "blonde Kenshiro", like a friend i had used to call him) boasts an impressive selection of suplexes, punches, kicks, and even headbutts. I took note of one the inspirations for the character being Chris Benoit and threw in a flying headbutt as well. He does share moves with Biff, but the majority of his attacks are unique, you can even put one against the other and notice how they fight.

His attires are just recolors, the default is Blue, but you also have a very dark blue, green and red - because i wanted to make the joke of Biff having a blue attire go in a loop - so if you wanna team them up and give them the same colors you can.
