To operate the turret:
1. Press Alt.
2. Use mouse to aim.

Middle Mouse Button to use the hull machine gun.
LMB to fire the main gun and turret machine gun.
C to change view.

Np, i use it in all my tanks and with a bit of calibration, you can hit stuff long range with great accuracy.

@Jihad-Teppo I think that the current crosshair is easier to aim, but that's only my opinion. Maybe I just got used to it, I dunno. Anyways, thanks for your tip. I didn't even know this symbol exists. We learn something new every day ;D

I think you should use the "¤" symbol as an aiming reticle. Works like wonders!

Grouchy, i know about the cannon barrel. But in this case, you can add 4 round tubes in addition to your cannon tube to get the muzzle fire at the right place. :D It looks fantastic! ;)
