Il n'est pas cheater, et permet de tenir un peu plus longtemps avant d'envoyer les gens en vacances.

Just had to comment and say great mod. Been using it for a while but finally put some new time into the game starting out with the mod... so far I've had very few sick days used and usually only after firing an employee do I get one using this mod.

It costs in game money to improve the mood, so that helps me not feel as if I'm just overwriting game values and cheating as much :P

Great mod, really helped me enjoy the grinding a lot more.
