Description
The classic version of Dr. Eggman has decided to become a referee to get some funds for his badnik-creating material. He doesn't care about calling it right down the middle and prefers to get his matches over with, so he counts everything very fast. He also walks very fast himself as he was able to outrun Sonic in the original games.
