Pedro (Mortal Kombat 3)

Straight from the PSX port of Mortal Kombat 3 where you unlocked him by crashing the game through a Smoke mirror match, this is the fellow that looks like Stryker, but doesn't have weapons and has 'disgusting clothes'? I never quite understood that part myself, but hey.

A vast majority of his moveset is based around the selection of moves shown in TheLevelBest's create-a-character video of him in Mortal Kombat Armageddon (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b9zpf6yiHkY), with a couple of moves mentioned in the April Fool's article (and a slight nod towards Smoke's Teleport Punch in his finisher). The result of this is a fighter that has a wide array of kicking moves, neck-breaking slams and spits the occasional fireball to the face.

His AI has the flexibility and showmanship buffed, and like Kunimitsu waits for the best time to strike with Big Fire. His costumes are as follows:
