Perfect Dark Meets Fire Pro Meets SteamPunk!

The original Perfect Dark simulants weren't always humanoid like in their appearance. They were fabricated scraps of metal bound around a coal furnace and oil lubricated pistons.

The RKTFO/Sim.exe logic and encasement was designed to train others to avoid RKO's from out of nowhere. As the wires frayed, Input / Output Errors appeared. Now whenever StmPnk01Sim1 is activated, these I/O errors cause it to repeatedly jump up in the air and attempt to drive their opponents skull through the ground. They spit fire and mist as they tire. They will try other variants of cutters should opportunity arise.

The RKTFO/Sim.exe comes in 4 shades of SteamPunk rusted dirt.
