Inbetween (mjkq3adm4) - converted from Q3A and optimized for Quake Live.

This seems to be a remake of the 'Dreamcast' map "dc_map06" (Blue Monday) and was created by Michael 'ShadowZombie' Klocke in 2004 called "Between Darkness & Light". (Credits are inside)

The map setup is changed for Duel:
~ some shards replaced by 2 green armors
~ lightning gun and ammo added
~ grenade launcher replaced

Little changes made for all gametypes:
~ teleporter exit modified
~ ammo_packs added
~ 1 health replaced near the teleporter
~ 18 target_speaker added for a better athmosphere
~ hmg_ammo added for the team modes
~ some item locations improved
