Era - 1990s - M-Pro

The founder of Michinoku Pro and a perennial fixture in the upper echelon of Japan's Junior Heavyweight rankings, the Great Sasuke was an iconic figure of the 90s in Japan. At one point, Sasuke held eight title belts. Incidentally, he was elected to the Iwate regional legislature, and was voted in wearing his mask. His deadly kicks, smooth grappling and twisting aerial attacks gave opponents a tough gameplan to prepare for.
