Retsupurae's Bloody Rage custom characters

As an intermission to the Kombat Underdogs project, I decided to tackle something to add to the cast of Retsupurae-featured characters my friends were making. Enter the Flash fighting game series from 2002 probably a lot of people played back in their middle school days, Bloody Rage!

Since everyone in these games have the same exact moveset, it was super easy to build one based off of the moves performed in them. Combining moves shown in them and fleshing it out resulted in a fighter that's mostly a no-frills stand-up fighter that isn't afraid of getting a bit rough and throwing in a couple of headbutts and hard-hitting slams.

AI is set to be as much on offense as reasonably possible, since defense is not a thing in those games.
