No Amber Cost for Units - Works with Radious and SFO

If you've ever played Argwylon and Talsyn, you'll realize you've played both sides of the Amber, er coin rather, you've been arguably playing with half an army list. This standalone Radious and SFO compatible mod removes the Amber cost from all units for both Talsyn and Argwylon. This allows for a more fully enjoyablble list of units from which to field without them costing you Amber. There are no other changes.

BALANCE ISSUES
---------------------------
Obviously campaign balance will be changed as units do not have Amber costs anymore. This will change your game in the sense that you will now be able to field any unit without having to worry about Amber costs. Your fun may vary.

COMPATIBILITY
---------------------------
This mod is designed to work as a standalone mod that changes Amber costs. It will probably not work with any other mod that does the same. This mod also is compatible with Radious. I have not tested it with Steel Faith Overhaul, but someone else tested it and confirmed it works fine. You do not need Radious or SFO to use this mod. You do not need any other mod to use this mod, hence, standalone.

Please make sure that you have tested the mod only with the necessary mods before announcing a bug. Other than that, I will try as hard as I can to fix the problems.
