Playable Hobbit Race (Plus Hobbits in Skyrim)

This awesome new mod adds a new playable race - HOBBITS from The Lord of the Rings!

When you start a new game (or use console commands) you can now choose to play as a Hobbit, a new, unique race that is different in many ways. Obviously, Hobbits are reletively smaller than all other races (around 81% of the size of a Breton), which is cool and funny at times throughout the game. When choosing to play as a Hobbit, you gain bonuses in Illusion magic, sneak and stealth, carryweight and stamina, and health regeneration. However, Hobbits start with a bit less health, are not as good in melle combat, and start with no extra spells or abilities. There is nothing better than owning a huge enemy (especially mammoths, giants or dragons :)) being only a small portion of their size.

THIS IS ONLY THE BEGGINING! - This mod does more than just add a playble race - it adds NPC Hobbits to skyrim aswell!. Currently, the only location inhabited by Hobbits is the Hobbit Hideout. It is located East of Honningbrew Meadery, on the other side of the river, and is easily identified by the pink-flowered tree that grows on top of it. There are quite a few Hobbits, as well as a merchant, tanning rack, arcane enchanter, etc.

In the next few updates there will be FIXED BUGS, MORE HOBBITS, MORE DIALOGUE and even HOBBIT TOWNS IN ALL NINE HOLDS!!!! Any questions please contact me. Enjoy guys!
