Silent assignment

I got tired of Yisha telling me what to do every single time I wanted to assign a ship to another ship or a station, so I made this little mod to remove the lines that always repeat during assignments, some of which couldn't be skipped and made the process more tedious.
The removed lines are:

How should we select the commander our pilot should work for?
Let's select a station or ship with a commander.
Which commander will we assign this ship to?
Aswell as Ren's Give me the list / Give me the map

I kept the conversation between Yisha and the commander, because it's not so repetitive (or unnecessarily educative) and can be easily skipped by pressing the Interaction Menu key (see general controls).
