Description
The Clown Prince of Crime and the long time nemesis of the Batman.

The Joker brings some of his twisted humor into the ring, using dirty as well as goofy moves but also displays some possible circus background with some sick goofier acrobatic moves as well.

@KaliKot He views his matches as a social experiment. Whether he wins or loses is irrelevant, because he's playing the long game.

I love his CPU. He does all sorts of wacky stuff. But that also means he throws winnable fights :S
