No More Touch Damage

For whatever reason this mod doesn't work anymore.

I remember when they added touch damage, I was mad, I complained in the forums, but sadly, they shat their bed and wanted to lie in it, instead of having every monster need to use an attack animation to damage you, they simply needed to intersect you. That was the beginning of the end really.

In exactly 2 more days, it will have been 3 years since the last Starbound update which was the 1.4 Bounty Hunter update on 14th June 2019

Given that starbound hasn't updated in god knows how long, I'm not quite sure what would break it aside from other mods that may overwrite the vanilla mob code I've already overwritten. I may give a look into a more complicated solution than my little hacky fix, the problem is that certain mobs only have touch damage, and if I broadly cut out touch damage, it would be detrimental to certain enemies, like the Erchius ghost. However if I don't have a broader solution that affects the entire game, enough enemies are unaffected whether due to being sourced by mods, or affected by mods that this may as well be obsolete. I can consider doing a set of compatibility mods that would edit the most popular set, but that would be more maintenance than I'm invested in. To be quite honest, I just gave in to letting touch damage go on years ago after getting into FU, when I even play the game.

Only affects base game mobs and does not affect frackin universe mobs, unfortunately.
