SSA Celestial Corvette Mk.VII (CC7)

Description
As the name implies this is the seventh generation of my vanilla space only PvP combat ship.

Defense: The Mk.VII features a powerful quad-directional gravity drive and enough gyros to make her handle like a fighter despite being built using heavy armour. It does takes some practice to fly using numbers 2,3,4,5 for forward, back, left, right tho. Reliance on gravity drives has been a design problem in previous versions of the Celestial. Cunning enemies could use ships with +G gravity wells to pull the ship into a forced ram.To counter this there are sensors linked to uranium ejectors built into the sides of the Mk.VII's nacelles. Combat testing in previous designs has shown that the rocket launchers are vulnerable to excessive Gatling fire. Several welders and a projector have been installed near the bow to repair & replace damaged rocket launchers mid battle. The Grav. drive uses negative spherical gravity so it can double as a grav. shield.

Offense: The Mk.VII features all of the offensive features seen in the Mk.VI plus a couple new additions. The primary weapon system is the six standard front mounted rocket launchers witch fire sequentially to create a Gatling gun like effect with the rockets. This allows for better target tracking/leading in fast paced dog fights. The second weapon system is a uranium gravity gun mounted dead center of the Mk.VII's nose. This precise weapon uses the same spherical gravity field that powers the grav. drive to launch pieces of uranium at distant targets. This is useful both to inflict major damage to the enemy and to get a sense of what kind of gravity field they may have active. The third weapon system consists of two 25' x 15' slabs of armour that can detach from the top and/or bottom of the Celestial Mk.VII and then launch as optically guided kinetic missiles. Within approximately five seconds the welders replace the lost armour sections and the missiles are ready to fire again. These are especially devastating against slow moving ships that are unable to evade the Ion driven slabs.

Note: DO NOT PRESS SPACEBAR. It will lock up the gyros. If this happens press 8 on page one of the tool bar to reset the suspensions and free your gyros.

I have a couple of these glitch setups ready to be installed in projects on my workshop. Check them out if your interested: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=866863400

Ah.. I see.

No, they are held there securely by an old glitch involving a suspension piece and a rotor head. If the rotor head inside of the nacelles gets destroyed it would lose the connection tho. They are of course covered by heavy armour.

Won't the engine nacels just fly away when you place or loose a block?
