00 [DEPRECIATED] True Hyperdrive-only Compatability Patch

Description
NOTE: Both this mod and its parent have been discontinued in 2.0, as their functionality has been included in the vanilla game. For those of you who still wish to use it with 1.9 and below, I am leaving them up.

A compatibility patch between my True Hyperdrive-only mod and any mod that makes changes to the 00_utilities_drive file.
