Grappling Hook device

a (uneccisarally) complex machine that i built. press numpad 9 to aim up, and numpad 3 to aim back down. press H to activate the stabilizers. press and hold Y until the grapple hook is out of the barrel. while the hook is in midair, press j to discard the uneeded wings. once the hook grabs somthing, hold L to reel yourself in. (dont forget to press numpad 5 to deactivate the stabilizers before reeling)
