ANOMALY!

With the massive help of LordMo for lending me the default appearance for this (his works are at https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/profiles/76561197962279772/myworkshopfiles/?appid=564230 ), arguably the greatest newcomer for King of Fighters XIV flails into the ring.

His unorthodox moveset made this an interesting challenge, but I think I found fairly good stand-ins for most of his moves. His Climax Super basically gave me about 6 moves straight out of the gate, most notably. Speaking of, his AI prioritizes those moves, namely I tried emulating the section of that super where he pins the opponent to the ground and starts pummeling them.

His outfits are 3 palettes from KoFXIV and one original one, because that game doesn't have the greatest palettes so I decided to make my own. I'll list which ones they are when I boot up my PS4.
