Elder Scrolls City State Overhaul

Description
2024: This mod solely replaces the base game City States by changing their names, city state types, descriptors, and flavors (how their AI operates) to match an Elder Scrolls theming. No unit changes, no special abilities, no other UI or detail edits. It isn't anything fancy, but you might find it fun in your own play sessions if you're using other fantasy Civilisation mods (especially if it's Elder Scrolls related!) I won't be updating this mod in any future time as I haven't played Civilization 5 in years, but it should as far as I'm aware still be completely functional with the base game and with any DLCs without issue. :)

It was the first functional mod I ever made in any game and finished, and one I played with quite a bit for a few different sessions as I loved the feel it had with fantasy Civilisation mods, difficult to capture when real cities appeared next to Skyrim, or other places like Gondor, Equestria, or Panem (same game)!

It'll always hold a special place in my heart, but that's all. If it serves you use, that's wonderful news! :) If not, I hope you can find other mods to sift through! The community here is rich in brilliant creativity from over a decade. Civ 5 inspired my nowadays proficient coding skills, and if you have something you're hoping to find, I honestly encourage you to try making it yourself. It's an extremely fun and satisfying journey to learn!

(Pre-Note: Mercantile and Religious city states were ommitted due to personal bias, and due to this the mod does not require any DLCs. You are free to do whatever with it~. ...some City States will not appear if you lack DLCs though, as it replaces rather than adds.)

Ahaha, thank you. That's awesome to hear about! Always love the amusement of what can happen in these games with mods. XD There are soo many realistic mods... but playing with fictional places is just so fun... XD
"Santa Klaus conquered Vault City!"
"Necropolis has declared war on Winterhold."
"Mordor captured the original capital of Windhelm."

Edited the description! While I've mostly moved on from this firsthand and think the mod's a little simple, I'll be leaving it up forever as you never know when someone might want something like it, right? :D It's super cool that it's been something hundreds of people have enjoyed over the years!

Sadly just different names, flavoured behaviour and city state types! Nothing more deep than that here. Haven't been back to Civ 5 in a longg time now. It had better Civilizations, but worse City States, that's for sure. Civ 6's unique abilities for each one are so interestingg.
Never had experience in 3D models, though it would be pretty epic to see them all uniquely decorated like that! I'll add a disclaimer to the description for what exactly it does. :)

You don't specify in the mod but do these city states have unique units/unit skins or are these all just slight re-skins with nothing else added?

Thank you for the suggestions. :D I have added all five, and alongside it I added Northpoint since I came across it on the way. High Rock will thank me, I'm sure. They were lacking ever so slightly..
(Note: I wasn't actually expecting anyone to respond to my comments, and certainly wasn't expecting it so soon. :O The mod only has a little over a hundred subscribers, after all. Thanks again. :D)

You simply chose major cities, right? Maybe Firsthold, Sunhold and Vukhel Guard (Summerset Isles). Shornhelm (High Rock). Probably more to be found. Blacklight (Morrowind)?

If you have any cities you think I should've added, feel free to say! There's no limit on how many I can add; the current amount only replaces the base-game's City States.
