Description
Eugene (Nick Dinsmore) debuted in WWE in April 2004 as Eric Bischoff's nephew. Eugene was a controversial, as the character was portrayed as being mentally challenged, but learned to wrestle by watching wrestling on TV. His arsenal contained several finishing moves used by then-current and former WWE stars.

Includes four attires, moves, and logic. Uses 145 points.

@bajambi - Thanks, and good catch. Looks like I slipped up on the attire I used as a base from my Nick Dinsmore edit. Both that one at this edit have been fixed and updated.
