Red Devlin

Red Devlin is the senior official in the F3. He was hired by Phineus T. Phatback to be an impartial referee but some claim that he is biased. He is very quick and zips around the ring like a bat out of hell. He is very lenient on rulebreakers and people who like to take the fight to the outside of the ring. He's distracted fairly easy, he allows illegal acts to go on longer than he should, and if he's knocked down he's likely to take a nap. He embraces chaos a lot for someone whose in charge of keeping order.

Devlin has a long down time, slow fall count/ring out count/dq count/run in check, normal involvement, and has the fastest speed.
