Phineus T. Phatback is the owner of the F3 promotion. He won it in a card game years ago and has done his best to turn a profit with it. In doing so he's hired corrupt officials, taken bribes from wrestlers, and ignored the pleas of the fans that have stuck with the product over the years. He is hated so much that he's hardly ever seen without some sort of escort. He's played both sides of the Satan's Allies / Axis of Awful war and made quite a lot of money off of it. In doing so, he's allowed both groups to become too powerful. It's getting to the point where he needs to rally the F3 heroes to save the company or sell it to somebody stupid enough to buy it from him.
