a few minor problems with your mod;
The magazine looks of-center in the inventory menu.
The gun looks squished and small in the inventory menu, as well as facing the opposite way from other weapons (Right->Left instead of Left->Right)

Not anything game-breaking but still rather upsetting

The gun is in the files of Ural Mountain map as well as chernarus LN, and I think even a few more
The guns files are most likely in another mod you did subscribe to

Storm always has the ids wrong :/ The deagle is a id for grapes..

There is a id conflict with the Operator pack, could you change the id?
