took note of her for the first time because of AoE4. What a fascinating biography, enough for several lifetimes. Glad to see you already added her, wondering what a new take on her gameplay-wise could be with all the new systems added in the years since.

Ooh, interesting. Is there one for Stephen? I've always liked him better.

Does it work well in Rise and Fall?

EAFPeacemaker pick up a book. There were two TV series about her and her cousion (The Anarchy) on BBC not all that long ago plus countless books written about her and Stephen.
She was formiddable and even escaped from being locked up in Oxford Castle. I prefer to call her Maud but her story and character deserves to be told.
It might be worth noting as you seem to be fed with female rulers that in the end she fought for SON to take the crown after Stephen died.

This leader was barely known in England. Anyone made a male leader for a change?

Interesting choice. I live in an area that was involved in her history. I believe the Anglo-Saxons (local people) called her Maud.
